Moving fast on this line, Baymak keeps its mission fresh with these works. With the application in Baymak intended for university students, the students have the possibility to work while studying. At this education year, 22 students joined to the application in Istanbul. The students of exclusive universities like Yildiz Technical University, Bosporus University and Marmara University can join the application in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Antalya. The students are included in the execution work in the construction markets having the information about the products of Baymak. The students have the possibilities of salary, bonus, insurance, transportation, lunch and work part time according to their lessons, can direct their careers while studying, measure themselves and can find the opportunity to work in Baymak in the following years.
One of the successful applications of Baymak is the Master’s Degree Program provided for her employees. The MBA Program presented at Baymak headquarters continues with the support of Okan University. According to the application, Baymak grants scholarship to her employees joining this program and the new period began in March 2005. The program accepts 11 people and it is after working hours. The academicians of Okan University come to the Baymak headquarters and give education on Master’s in Management.
With the applications to improve young people, Baymak adopts the idea that the companies should be open to all kinds of innovations to survive in the atmosphere of rivalry, to grow and to develop.
